Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time at The Face Bar is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Any cancellations/rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service.

NO SHOWS: No shows with no advanced notice will result in a full charge for the reserved service.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service booked. Services that cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival will be subject to a 50% charge.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
